Do you offer Christian counseling?
Yes. For clients who desire it, we offer Christian-informed counseling that integrates spiritual perspectives with therapeutic care. If this isn’t your preference, that’s perfectly okay—we respect all backgrounds and tailor each session to your needs.

Do you offer virtual or online therapy?
Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online counseling for clients located in Texas. Virtual therapy is available for individuals, couples, and families.

How long are sessions, and how often do I need to come?
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals and needs—some clients come weekly, while others come biweekly or as needed. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that fits.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance through select providers. Zach is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. Sydnee is in-network with UnitedHealthcare and Aetna. We also offer private-pay options and can provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits. Please reach out with any questions about coverage or payment.
